Osei-Tutu Boateng is a dedicated administrative and human resource professional with extensive experience in organizational management, recruitment, staff training, and institutional administration. With a good background in Sociology, Social Work, Public Administration and Human Resources Management, he has expertise in coordinating administrative functions, managing recruitment and selection processes, and overseeing staff training and development.

Currently, Mr. Boateng is a Senior Administrative Officer and Head of General Administration Section of the Institute. He plays an essential role in administrative coordination, document management, and policy implementation.

Again, Mr. Boateng is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana and has participated in various HR conferences, training programs, and institutional committees, which contribute to policy development and staff welfare. He is highly skilled in communication, leadership, and problem-solving, with a robust commitment to professional excellence and organizational growth.
